All About You

We are focused on developing you, a top talent, into an international business leader of the future. All of our graduate development programs are geared towards delivering this goal. You will be involved in a wide range of learning and development initiatives including training workshops, on the job coaching, mentoring and graduate group projects. There’s also the opportunity to study for further professional qualifications whilst on the scheme.


Reward

We have tailored our graduate reward strategy to ensure it focuses on high performance and regular recognition. You will have the opportunity to increase you salary every six months and earn a bonus annually based on your performance. In addition to this, we offer a competitive salary to all of our graduates.


Social and Support Network

You’ll have wide support from a variety of people within Beiersdorf when you join. This will include your peers, previous graduates, rotation line managers, a mentor and HR. You’ll get to know your graduate peers following structured induction activities and the graduates from previous years can give you an insight into their experiences here so far. All of these connections will allow you to develop not only professionally, but personally too.


What we are looking for...

Our ideal Beiersdorf Northern Europe graduate scheme applicants will have the following traits.

• A Bachelors or Masters degree,

• Have studied or worked internationally

• Have done an undergraduate work placement or internship

• Can speak a second language
